I'm looking at buying a Raleigh International, 1971 or so. A guy near me has one that is in very good, although not perfect shape and wants $500 for it. Is this a fair price? I'm new to the old bike acquisition biz and don't have a feel for prices yet. I'll be riding it a lot, and will probably change a few parts, such as pedals & wheels, but would retain brakes, shifters, cranks, deraillers, bar/stem & seat post.
