I just picked up a 'Wrights' Swallow, NOS (c.50's, I think) that also has bag loops. Go figure, huh? As far as Brooks' prices go, they ARE 'bloody barmy'....I know that I can't afford their 'specialty' saddles, and I get everything at wholesale prices! The 'Limited Edition' marketing ploy has been used in just about every buisness that involves collectible, niche-market items...comic books, ceramics, autos & motorcycles, jewelery, etc. I say keep your money for more important things- like silk tires, vintage steel, and, of course, any item I happen to be offering for sale....:)
