Was there a specific time, or a specific year, when Campagnolo began making cranks in a variety of arm lengths? Was there, for example, 151 bcd cranks that had the varied lengths that one could get in more recent cranks, or did Campagnolo manufacture cranks with varied arm lengths from the beginning of the beginning of their making cranks?
I ask because I have an undated Campagnolo pista crankset with 172.5 and 144 bcd.
