I recently had a very bad experience with a frequent Ebay seller of vintage items named Daniel Palmer (Ebay ID of azbikeagent) who uses the address of IBD PRO SHOP, United States. He is in the Phoenix, AZ area. I purchased an item, fully paid for it, and never received the item. I sent multiple emails to him about not getting the items with no response (all of my pre-pay in full emails were quickly answered). I did a PayPal claim, no response from him, and PayPal ruled in my favor. A big hassle that can be avoided by not dealing with this fellow at all. Live and learn.
