Subject: [CR]RE: beware of Ebay seller "azbikeagent"

Some of you have posted about a problem that may have slowed my seller from bothering to send the items fully paid for to me. If so, I am sorry for his situation. However, the timing of his falling off of the earth (particularly in view of his past delivery issues) seems to militate against that, as there was no problem at all until I started asking for the goods. All prior messages were quickly responded to. In addition, he kept selling other items on Ebay during the time he was not shipping my paid for merchandise to me and I was asking where the goods were. Apparently, he also shipped items sold after my purchase to other folks.

If there was an issue, one wonders why it did not keep him from selling and shipping to others, yet prevented even a brief email to me. A simple, short, one line response saying he had an issue would have calmed the waters with me as it would with most of the rest of you. The reality is there has been no response at all to anything sent from PayPal or me since he was paid in full.

As for his purported "good" feedback record in the past, there are a number of issues with the timely delivery of paid for items and a number of negative and neutral comments. In reality, when compared to a large number of other sellers we all have dealt with.. this record is not so good.
