Not saying you're wrong about your #007, but I am curious as to how you could know, without stripping the paint off? I didn't see your photos so I have to ask, does yours have the aero fairing behind the head tube? If so, what do you propose it is made of?
I agree it probably isn't Bondo brand bondo, but the two Lasers I got to hold a magnet to both had a fairing made of some non-ferrous material that had a non-metallic-sounding thud when tapped. In other words, it walked like a bondo and quacked like a bondo, so I assumed it was a bondo or something closely akin to one. Of course I'm quite open to any evidence to the contrary.
