They are very frustrating things! I agree with you Tory, it is hard to know when you have got them correctly matched.
I have sat with a box full of CL cranks, a box full of rings and three different adapters and still not made a combination that looks a good fit. catalogues do not help. i have come to the conclusion that they were never made be an "asthetic" fit to each other (rings, crank, adapter) and that the correct combination still looks wrong.
Anyone looking for CL rings, then email me as i have a large stock (Sorry that is against list rules to advertise without prices, but the right CL ring can be hard to find and they are a nuisance to list and catalogue!)
