Lister: I believe Chuck is correct, as there is often a transition period that the hubs went through before the accepted version was established. There was also a Tipo hub that came with the oval cut-outs on the flanges for a short while just before the transition to High Flange Record was established. David (CheapCampy) has mis-identified a few thing in the past, but not to his discredit.

Just another uncataloged Campagnolo part, a Tipo variation seen before amongst list members and not a forgery. You'll just have to take my word on this however...
