Ray Etherton more or less threw down the gauntlet in an earlier post to have a track stand contest at Cirque. As I recall the last one he was in in occurred in the parking lot of the Battle Ground Inn and John Pergolizzi, (The poor innocent) barely escaped with his life after Ray tried his darndest to run him over... :^) I'm sure John will corroborate this story. I also remember the owner of one of the borrowed bikes involved yelling "You break it, you bought it!" Ah, Cirque memories...
