I found a PHIL hub which was made for the infamous disc brake.
somewhere along the line someone cut the hub out of the rim without
removing the hub adapter.
any ideas on how to remove that? I know ABOUT spoking a rim on using the
other flange holes but its the early hub with multiple parts
