This looks like a 1930's Bauer track frame with "trick" pedals,chainwheel, and handlebars. Easily rectified into a pure and desirable track bike. A true survivor and probably quite scarce in track configuration. Art Link,San Antonio,TX,USA

I've seen that video before. Notice that the girl is actually a cyclist, not just an acrobat. Most acrobats and unicyclists pedal with their arches.
