Only one problem I need a Moil to perform the Bris (to remove the mud flaps). Mike Schmidt are you volunteering as the temple of the bike gods Rabbi to officiate such a ceremony. These frame will need to be installed into their rightful place.

Jack, when 2nd tier bikes turn 13, there is a ceremony to induct them into the 1st tier. If they haven't had their fenders removed by then, it is also done at the ceremony.
