To anyone who cares,
I recently finished two Masi restorations. One is a champaign 1971 Gran Criterium. It has been restored with correct decals and matching Pat. 71 Nuovo Record components, along with a set of period Fiamme yellow label rims.
The other is a Carlsbad twin plate #247 MC 55. I scored it through the list via a posting by Jim Allen. It was ridden hard and at some point underwent "a bad re-paint" The bike had been orange-red when new; I was reluctant to paint it the the original color. It has been returned to it's original 1974 grandeur with mostly NOS parts. The orange-red with yellow accents has come to really grow on me.
