I bought another identical headset from this seller and it is very low
quality - sort of amazingly rough (and quite rusty as well). Intended
for lower-end frames, not your Folgorissima/Competizione/Specialissima.
The top nut has no provision for a wrench of any kind, not even the
little holes for a pin wrench -- I guess you just grab it with pliers.
On the plus side, these are fairly rare and the price was cheap.
