Hi all-

Interesting Oscar Egg frame and fork on eBay (290119948878). Does the seller's estimate of a 1930's timeframe seem reasonable?

Nobody better qualified has replied to this, so I will. It would be very late thirties to late forties. The paint may well be original as the colour is typical of Oscar Egg, but it is surprising not to see a seat tube transfer (decal). It would be interesting to know if there is any unfaded paint, perhaps where there was a bracket, so that a truer match of the original paint could be found. Perhaps if anyone on the list buys it....
