Looks like my frame is indeed the Mal Rees model "Rameles"....
I just put up a gallery here:

Hi Dale:
I've seen several references to the Mal Rees Rameles as a frame model built for him by Hurlow with Hurlow's own lug design, but have yet to find a picture identified as a Rameles.
With Norris's recent question about a Hobbs possibly Hurlow-built, and a connection between Hobbs and Rees, and my general interest in Hurlow, I got to thinking: "Hey, I wonder what that Rameles looks like?"
So any pics would be great -- perhaps on the CR Mal Rees page too?
BTW, do you know the name of the lug pattern used on that orange & white track bike shown on the CR Hurlow page? Pergolizzi displays a green Hurlow touring bike with the same pattern on Wool Jersey. It's a very stylish design.
Best wishes,
Emanuel
