[CR]unusual, maybe rare, crankset on ebay?

This crankset on Ebay I thought was "interesting" or at least unusual. The seller calls it Art Deco; it has AS behind the one arm. Anyone familiar with this crankset? Manufacturer? Caliber of bike it would have gone on? Is it for one chainring or two?
