[CR]Echelon and Cherubim

Mark Poore sold an Echelon frame at Cirque, from Japan, not the Echelon from Rhode Island.  It was a very nice looking frame, my size, and cheap, b ut I successfully waited long enough for someone else to take it home.   My small bit of research says that the Japanese Echelon frames were made by Cherubim (from Hugh Enox in the archives), but my information on Cherubi m is spotty as well.   I did find this website but can't decode it : http://www2u.biglobe.ne.jp/~cherubim/   Does anyone have information about either of these framebuilders?  Also , who bought the Echelon from Mark Poore?
