I can't tell from the photos but are the seat stay caps oversized? If not, I would doubt it's a Raleigh as all the 753 Team Pros I've seen have the oversized seat stay caps. What's the seat tube diameter? If the frame's 753 I believe it should be 26.8 or possibly 27.0. Most importantly, what is the serial number stamped on the underside of the bottom bracket. All 753 Team Pro's should have a serial number beginning with SB. Having said all that, the lugs and bottom bracket look to be the same as my 1977/78 Team Pro.
