A Cinelli is easy to spot. Most models have a very unique seatstay attachment shared only by a very few Cinelli clones, mostly the Windsor Pro. It looks like this:

I think it may be a columbus frame because of the decal on the down tube but it is very worn so I am unsure. I do not have a photo at this time but will post as soon as I can.
