I have a couple of these also, including one on a Silca pump on my 1975 chrome Paramount, although it was not original to that bike. I'm assuming it was an earlier variation.

BTW there are also Campy "French" heads with which the head has a male rather than a female thread. These can be used with the old Lapize pumps, or others that normally used a short hose between the pump and the head. I have a couple of these also.
