Folks -
I have an old Regina Extra Oro freewheel set up basically as a 5 speed straight block, and my legs just aren't in that kind of shape, if you know what I mean. The body seems fine though, so I'd love to find a set of cogs with something more useful to me... like say 13 or 14 to 26 or 28 or so. It's the splined body, if that makes a difference. Any suggestions on a good source?
