I'm pretty sure I've seen photos of Janssen in Peugeot colors, but perhaps it wasn't in 1968. There was an article on him in a recent Cycle Sport or perhaps Cycling Plus. I'll see if I can't find it.

Don't think so... Janssen doesn't show in any Peugeot rosters I have during this era (I always associate him with the Bic team which was Gitane wasn't it?) and the machine he won the '68 TdF (riding for the Dutch national team) is not a PX-10 or least doesn't have the distinctive chrome fork ends etc. Anyway, Peugeot made no claim for the victory!
