If it's chromed you can use aluminium blocks. Bicycle Research used to make them. If you want wood blocks just buy some maple at the hardwood store and the right size Speedbore at the hardware story. drill the hole, split it down the middle and you have the blocks. Grease it up good, clamp them on the tube and slowly work them around. It's never worked for me but I suppose it's worked for some one. Phil Brown Has both maple and aluminium in San Rafael, Calif.
