Good morning,

Good catch Chuck. I did not know what La Vittelloise was so I Googled it.

La Vittelloise was the official water beverage at TdF for several years (thanks Aldo) and those water bottles were most likely given to the riders. La Vittelloise was a spring mineral water pulled from the ground in Central France and made sparkling by adjunction of gases. La Vittelloise is no longer distributed as of today.

Nice item but the final price will cost me more than a few dinners in Gaiole, Italy.

The seller also lists the identities of the bidders. First time I have ever seen a seller do this and wonder how ebay will respond if at all. I recognize two of the bidders.

The seller says

i think the bidder one, bidder two thing is stupid (so do I), so here is a list: bidder 1 tisheeking bidder 2 bettingthefarm bidder 3 bidons_paolo bidder 4 pel95 bidder 5 kendenny bidder 6 gayana2

Which bidder number are you Chuck?? Will that water bottle wind up in So Cali or Boston?
