This list is amazing, isn't it? Where else would you see a Californian feeling slighted by a Texan, and a West Texan no less, who expressed disinterest in a rodeo event? This diversity, and unpredictablility of opinion, is what makes this list great.

Jerry Moos Big Spring, West Texas

When you say things like this, you display a completely lack of understanding of what it means to compete in an athletic event. Or to compete in anything.
I quit reading what Jerry wrote after his snide remark about rodeo cowboys. I'm former professional equestrian. Along with other expert hunter and jumper competitors, I often had the opportunity to participate in the Grand National Horse Show and Rodeo. During the course of these competitions, I had the pleasure of talking with many of the rodeo contestants. In our conversations, the cowboys agreed they would never, ever attempt to ride a horse over a course of five- foot-high fences and I agreed I would never, ever try to ride a bronc' or a bull. My point is that a bicycle rider taking a cheap shot at bull riders is not just silly, it's embarrassing.
