hi listers, been following this thread for a few days and i wish our colleague Norris Lockley was back from France to give us his insight into the French mindset ....where payment and postage are concerned.. I have had some discussion over several years with Norris on this subject and it would seem that they like the folding stuff and cannot be bothered taking a frame or whatever to the postoffice.. lazy or ??? That this seller was having a friend do all this in ebay for him i just wonder if the friend knows that he has to claim the money from paypal?? could it be that simple??? Willie Carton Coleraine N. What exactly was the problem with PayPal? I'm curious because I myself find PayPal way better than anything else (a case in point, just last week, I sent a payment via Canadian "fast" and trackable mail service, only to find out yesterday, almost a week later - via their tracking facility - that the letter apparently has not left the post office where I dropped it yet)... while PayPal takes what, like couple of seconds for the payment to get from A to B. But quite often I see people complaining that PayPal is too much trouble, so I really would like to understand what people mean..?

(OT but not too much perhaps as most if not all of us do use PayPal...)
