Subject: [CR]Tonard anyone?

Hey Coolio's.

local to me is a Tonard (of London) frame and fork being auctioned on ebay. ???

No relation but seems interesting enough and I got a hunch about this frame. I haven't seen or heard anything about the make so thought to point it out thinking other cats here might be curious too.

I won't be bidding.
