Subject: [CR]Cambio Corsa Dropout Spacing Question

Does anybody out there know if there was a "standard" spacing for the rear dropouts used with Campagnolo twin lever Cambio Corsa gear changers. I have seen 110mm with a 3-speed block, but that did not seem to give quite enough spacing for the block because the washer between the cone and lock-nut had been removed on the left hand side and added to the right hand (gear) side to give a bit of extra spacing without increasing the overall width. I have also seen 112mm with a 4-speed block. which worked but left very little clearance for the chain when in the small cog. 110mm might be adequate for a 3-speed if the block were a bit narrower than the one I saw, but it seems to me that 115mm might be a bit more comfortable with a 4-speed. When the Paris Roubaix single lever changer was introdeuced with 5-speed capability, did the spacing increase to 120mm which bEcame the standard for so long?
