Has the CR "flame" been reduced to "lugs"? And any activity (possibly) with a lugged bike?
I would say yes! Having to do with an artisan made, finely crafted bike frame of steel and lugs pretty much defines KOF. The racing is not essential, so pretty much "any activity" of aforementioned frames is OK by us!
