I would say certainly until the late 60s everyone was riding bikes that today would be concidered to tall. From the retail view few production bikes were available in small frame sizes (anyone have an idea when the 19" frames were generally available?). I am guessing we sold as many 23" bikes as 21s and 25s togeather. Also few inbetween sized frames were available except for the high line bikes. BOB FREITAS blue sky in MILL VALLEY,CA USA
