There are products you can buy in auto parts stores and Walmart called Nu Finish Scratch Doctor and Mother's Scratch Remover that should work. In the commercial they just wipe it on and wipe it off and the scratch is gone, but in practice it takes a lot of time and elbow grease. I tried to speed things up on my car using rubbing compound, but it cut too fast. I don't know about Brian's suggestion to use Crest. Toothpaste used to be a mild abrasive paste, but now it's a clear gel. Maybe it was taking too much work away from dental hygenists, so they changed it.
