It means... nothing!
Not every marking on the Campagnolo spindles is significant.
Unfortunately, some of the other markings are ambiguous, but
that's what makes those Campagnolo bottom bracket spindles so
interesting. (After all, otherwise, you're talking about a
piece of metal.)
