Serotta also used this type of arrangement on their Nova line in the 80's and probably other models. I have a recently repainted 86 Nova Super Record with this same style bolt. So far I have struck out at two local shops looking for the right length bolt to replace the old one on the bike now. Loosescrews carries the right size, but last time I ordered one with some other parts I ordered one that was too long. Just waiting for another cable & bearing order to grab the correct length... if I can remember what size I ordered the first time that is.

Isn't the seat lug with that sort of bolt arrangement a standard Henry James item? Both my Hollands and Waterford frames are constructed in this manner. Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia (USA)
