Tom, if it were me, I'd just contact Chris directly; I'm sure he'd be happy to send you the bolt that he intended to be used. He's a very nice and approachable guy by the way. I met and hung out with him at a couple of Cirques and had a great time (he's got quite a wry sense of humor). I remember you being at those same Cirques, maybe you didn't meet him or introduce yourself? I remember he also gave a quite a nice presentation at one of the Cirque seminars and maybe someone has his presentation on tape? Maybe you missed it?
