I have a pair of Tufo D28 (file treads) which I used used to have mounted on the '58 Olmo. Black tread, red sidewall. I found the tread to be very "sticky" on asphalt, making them rather slow on good roads. Also the (synthetic?) casing to be a bit stiff and they feel hard on bumps. Weight is 400 to 450 grams.

Good for rough road, dirt, gravel, but I wouldn't use them on good roads.
