I've always had good service from Baron and Cecile but I always call and
talk with them and do not rely on e-mails for communication. Actually, th
ru one of my phone calls with Baron I found out he had made a purchase of
several rare frames in Europe and was able to put a deposit on mine befo
re it even came into country. They may be a little slow in shipping but t
hey have always been fair in their pricing and even have thrown some extr
a goodies in on occasion.
