[CR]Rim Identification, please

I would like to identify the rim shown in the picture at the following site:

The faded red diamond decal, so far as I can read it, has the following: the left going toward the bottom point, it reads "Brevet"; to the right there are a couple of letters I cannot make out, but what can be read is "????anoff"; across the center of the diamond decal, there are letters missing again, and "????UHERY." Next to the diamond-shaped decal is one that reads: "Champonnat Dil Monde."

Any help would be appreciated.
