Well maybe not top-end race bikes, but I remember some "one down from the top of the line" production race bikes that came with 61 C-pulls well into the 70s - in numbers that couldn't have just been left in the pipeline since before '68. Bottecchia Pro & Motobecane Grand Record spring to mind. I'm convinced Universal made both brakes for a time after the 68 came out.
