Brooks swallow with chrome rails. Last generation, so made from perhaps late 70s to late 90s.
This particular saddle was one of the last of the chrome railed swallows made and perhaps the last one that Bill Laine at Wallingford Bikes had left when I bought it several years ago. I believe they were discontinued in the late 1990s. This is not "pre-softened" so you'll definitely have to break it in. Never mounted, and still with all the original Brooks packaging as received from Wallingford. This version has the large hand hammered copper rivets and heavy top grain leather like the Team Pro rather than the thinner leather used on some of the cheaper swallows I've seen from the 60s.
I'm pricing it only slightly more than the current Team Pro current steel railed model. Price, $150 (which will include Priority Mail and insurance via USPS). Prefer payment by either Money Order or PayPal with NON-credit card funds please (sorry, but they're really killing me on processing fees).
