I am a complete newcomer to CR, but not to cycling or to proper business practice. Curiously, I have been trying to locate BB myself for some time and was surprised at his lack of response to my Emails.
Being in business myself I certainly have sympathy for a fellow businessman, but, BB must be aware that business has certain ethics and laws that must be be complied with.
It seems to me that this entire matter should have been handled in a more proper manner, notifying his customers and clients of his problems and informing them of the disposition of their orders, etc. I'm rather surprised that some didn't let the law do for them what they couldn't do for themselves-recover their lost money.
