Subject: [CR]Ebay outing - Italian Cambio Corsa Frame

I am selling an Italian frame of unknown make, possibly a Girardengo, with Cambio Corsa/Paris Roubaix dropouts. That would put it late 40s to early 50s. See it at item # 140077852100 on ebay. If anyone has any ideas on what it might be please let me know.
