While it is true that many of the Victory and Triomphe parts are very similar to NR/SR, it is also true that very few are exactly the same. In addition, of the Victory/Triomphe parts that are identical to contemporaneous NR/SR, few are also identical to NR/SR that is even slightly older .
Take it for what it's worth. If you need spares to keep your bikes on the road and looking very close to correct, Triomphe and Victory stuff is useful. If you want an exact replacement part for a mid-70's show bike, there is virtually nothing useful to be found.
