Perhaps you are thinking of Belleri Inc., a distributor in Rivera Beach, Florida. They were also marketing A.Sutter bicycles (Chatellerault, FR) in the US. I believe they were the US importers for the Belleri company of Ste Etienne the folks who manufactured beaucoup BF handlebars and stems throughout the 1970s.
