Hanger for 2006 Campy Centaur short cage to 1971 Raleigh Supercourse with IRD 5 speed freewheel 122.5 rear fork spacing (IRD has 5mm center to center sprockets).

Can anyone help me find a hanger the above? I currently have a Suntour 5 speed freewheel with old mid grade rd (see photos).
