The forks as well as seat tube should have "531" decals, it looks from the pictures as though there was some sort of decal on the seat tube, now missi ng. On my 76 Grand Record (that I still havn't sold) there are also 531 dec als on the forks. I can see some sort of decal on the forks, but they are c ertainly not 531 decals. These decals are easily damaged BTW. I can sure se e how it would be hard to tell the difference between a Grand Record and Gr and Jubile without componants...
