Manufrance was a giant French distributor and manufacturer based in Saint Etienne. They sold guns, fishing gear, bikes, cameras, sewing machines.....

Some of their bike bags are very nice as are a few components I've seen. I'm not sure that this bike is top-of-the-line. But it is very cool and well worth restoring IMO. At least some of the bikes were made by Hirondelle!
