I have not gotten this offer but if there is a cheep supplier to keep all those bikes on the road in India or where ever for daily transportation then it's great. I see nothing in his offer that has anything to do with trademark/copying/replicating designs that we hold dear, only parts made in India that people need all the time. Some major companies may even be using them for new cheep production bikes.

Of course it could be a scam to get your money and
