That gives a baseline and then you can adjust for the condition, components and changes in the market since the guide was created. Mike would probably say the list

Someone should update this list. If Mike's not up for it, maybe someone else would do it. Like Lou Deeter. <g> seriously. This list is a great resource, and it deserves to be up-to-date.

I know I'd give it a shot, if Sheldon allowed it.
