I think I remember this frame. It's possible it was built with the brazeons added, or one very similar was done.
The blue background decals were rarely used, but they are not rare. I've got literally hundreds of them. Both the Carlsbad era varnish transfers and the later San Marcos era waterslides.
The decals on the bike in the pictures appear to be the waterslide decals. In those decals the yellow was a bit paler, more lemon colored as opposed to the earlier and later more orangish yellow decals.
Records of bikes - my computer database goes back to 1988, I've got some paper records that I've been meaning to enter for years, to many other projects have gotten in the way of that!
